At Sambelora, we specialize in handcrafted press-on nails made with care and hygiene. Because our products are personal use items, we maintain strict policies to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
Returns Policy
We do NOT accept returns in the following cases:
- Used or worn nails
- Opened or tampered packaging
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Change of mind after delivery
Why?
For hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be reused or resold once opened.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange under specific conditions:
Eligible for Exchange:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item/design
Conditions:
- Must request within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory proof
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
👉 Without proof, exchange request may be rejected.
Refund Policy
We provide refunds only in the following cases:
Eligible for Refund:
- Product is out of stock after order placed
- Exchange not possible for damaged/wrong item
Not Eligible:
- Size issues
- Personal preference
- Delay caused by courier
Refund Process:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size.

- Using our Size Guide before ordering
- Ordering a size kit if unsure
👉 We are not responsible for size mismatch.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing
- Once processing starts, cancellation is not allowed
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Unexpected logistics issues
